Job description


Within our Italian Accounting team located close to Florence, you will be involved in daily administrative and accounting activities:

  • Deal with the management of ordinary accounting

  • Support the invoice management

  • Support the reporting activities

  • Participate to ongoing projects

  • Thanks to this internhsip, you will be able to:

  • Have a good knowledge of the Electronic Invoice Flow System

  • Read properly and quickly an invoice 

  • Manage the Customer & Supplier Accounting and the Active Invoice

  • Fill invoices rationally and efficiently 

  • Deal with deadlines

  • Manage the Accounting for the Store and for the Plant

  • Support the reconciliation of cash accounts and banks

  • You are available as soon as possible for a 6-month internship.


    Profile


    You recently graduated from a Bachelor/Master degree in Economics

    You have an excellent Excel knowledge and an analytical mindset

    Willingness to learn, proactivity and precision

    Fluent in English
