Make an impact As a Technical Leader at Swisslog in our Customer Service department, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the full operations and success of our Swisslog Legacy Software Solutions within our installed systems and our Italian customer base. We're looking for a proactive, hands-on expert ready to lead by example and deliver excellence across the software development lifecycle.
Lead the design and delivery of advanced automation solutions, ensuring adherence to Swisslog’s quality standards and development methodologies.
Drive end-to-end project execution – from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and integration – using technologies like C++, C#, VB, and Delphi 7 for GUI.
Champion technical excellence by identifying recurring issues, implementing robust fixes, and developing new functionalities that enhance system performance and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication and support.
Mentor and support team members, stepping in during urgent interventions or absences to maintain project momentum.
Contribute to continuous improvement, using your analytical mindset to propose enhancements and prevent future issues.
Stay ahead of the curve by maintaining awareness of emerging technologies and integrating relevant innovations into our solutions.
